Before leaving this review, I made every effort to resolve my concerns directly with the seller. I called and left a voicemail, sent messages through Facebook and Instagram, and finally emailed them. While I did eventually receive a response, it completely ignored the issue I had raised. Instead of addressing my concern about being charged a return fee, I was simply sent a link to initiate the return. My disappointment isn’t just about the return fee itself—it’s about the lack of customer service. I reached out hoping to have a conversation about why I felt the fee was unfair, but my concern was never acknowledged or addressed. A generic response with a return link is not the same as providing customer support. I understand that businesses have return policies, but taking the time to listen to a customer’s concerns goes a long way. Unfortunately, I left this experience feeling unheard and disappointed.
Check your e-mail from the weekend. I received my order from you in the mail, however you sent the wrong sunglasses. I notified you, and I got a reply and apology, telling me the glasses I wanted AND PAYED FOR, are out of stock. Oh, and just keep the wrong ones. No indication if you intend to send me the ones I payed for, or if my order is still active, or what. Please have someone respond and update on my requested sunglasses that I paid for and have not received. Order #100948 for THE RAY SUNGLASSES.

Love the Glasses! Honestly they saved my eye sight. Day one of wearing them I was working with a torch and melting some things. In a freak accident something flew up into my face. Ruined the glasses but saved my eyes!! Before the accident I loved them! Clear. Light. Great quality.
