We offer free exchanges for new sizes / colors and free returns for store credit. Additionally, customers can exchange for new products of lesser or greater value.

All other returns for refund will be charged a $12.90 restocking fee on the returned product.

Please place your exchange or refund within 30 days from the date your order is placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  The product must be sent out the same way it was receive. ie. If you purchased a hat and it came in a box, you must send the hat back in a box.

We offer four options for returns and exchanges.

  1. Exchange for another color and/or size
  2. Exchange for a new style
  3. Return for store credit
  4. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.

To start a return, please visit our returns portal here: https://saltmafiagear.loopreturns.com/. If your return is accepted, a shipping label will be generated for you automatically, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Bathing suits: Due to hygiene and health regulations, all swimwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Hats: Hats must be returned in their original box and in unworn condition. Returns sent back without a box or showing signs of wear will not be accepted or refunded. If a return is not approved, the item can be resent to the buyer at their expense.

Apparel, etc: Shirts, towels, and all other apparel must be returned in unworn condition. Items showing visible wear will not be accepted or refunded. If a return is denied, the product can be resent to the buyer at their expense.

Stickers: Non-refundable or exchangeable.

Clearance or sale items (not including discount code): Non-refundable or exchangeable.
